Everyone who contacts Sosmoothgame Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
You are welcome to write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship, and customer service. If something is wrong with work at your home, begin by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record of what was said.
Please tell us as well. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Keep in mind that Sosmoothgame Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider, or act for a provider.

We aim to confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our reply does not settle things, answer our message and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
